ShipDock creates the shipment with the courier, adds the tracking number to the Shopify order and gives you one PDF with all labels. You can do it in the ShipDock Orders page, from the Shopify order list without opening the app, or let ShipDock create labels automatically.
You need the Full plan (Full Shopify Plus on Shopify Plus stores). On a lower plan the label buttons show a lock icon.
Connect at least one courier, make it active and set up its shipping rates (How to set up shipping rates).
Set your shipping packages and fallback weight in Settings → General (How to set up ShipDock).
Open Orders in ShipDock.
Tick the checkbox in the Parcels column of each order, or click Select to create to tick every order on the page that can get a label.
Click Create labels, or Create labels & Fulfill to also fulfill the orders in Shopify with the tracking number.
Wait for the banner Shipping labels created. The new parcels are selected for printing.
Note: You can process at most 50 orders at once. If you select more, ShipDock keeps the first 50 and shows Selection limited to 50 orders. Process them, then continue with the next batch.
For some couriers the tracking number arrives a few seconds after the label is created. The row then shows Waiting for labels until it is ready.
Tick the parcels in the Parcels column, or click Select to print.
Choose the label format and, for A4 sheets, how many positions to skip on the first page (for example Skip 1 field), so you can reuse a partly used sheet.
Click Print labels. All labels open as one PDF in a new tab.
Labels, A6 on A6: all.
Labels, A6 on A4, 4pcs/page: all.
Labels + packing slips, A6 on A6: all.
Labels + packing slips, A6 on A4, 4pcs/page: all.
Labels, A7 on A7 / A7 on A4, 8pcs/page / 105x37mm on A4, 16pcs/page / A8 on A8: Packeta only.
You can reprint a label at any time. Printed labels get a green check mark (Printed). ShipDock remembers the last format you used.
In Shopify admin, open Orders, select one or more orders and open More actions. ShipDock adds these actions:
Create & Print (Modal): Opens a dialog in Shopify with the selected orders, their courier and pickup point. Tick orders (or Select all) and click Create, Create & Fulfill or Print. You can change the courier and service for an order here. When the PDF is ready, the dialog shows Labels ready with an Open print link. Open in App switches to ShipDock.
Create labels (In App): Opens ShipDock Orders with these orders ready for creating labels.
Print labels (In App): Opens ShipDock Orders with the existing labels of these orders ready for printing.
On the order detail page, the same actions are available, including Create & Print (Modal) - Order detail.
If the dialog says No active shipping providers, connect and activate a courier first.
Turn this on per courier, separately for pickup point and home delivery orders:
Open Providers and open the courier.
Go to the Pickup points or Home delivery tab, section General settings.
Turn on one of these:
Automatically generate shipping labels (Order Created): the label is created shortly after the order is placed.
Automatically generate shipping labels (Order Fulfilled): the label is created when you fulfill the order in Shopify. Leave the tracking fields empty, ShipDock fills them in.
Save.

The screenshot shows an older label of the toggle. Today there are the two options above.
To skip automatic creation for one order, add the tag packeta_auto_create_disabled to the order in Shopify.
Note: With Order Created turned on for pickup points, customers cannot change their pickup point after ordering, because the label exists right after checkout.
Create labels & Fulfill (in ShipDock) and Create & Fulfill (in Shopify) fulfill the order with the tracking number, tracking link and courier name.
If you create the label first and fulfill later in Shopify, ShipDock adds the tracking number to the fulfillment.
The tracking email is sent by Shopify, and only for fulfilled orders. If you only create the label and never fulfill the order, the customer gets no tracking email.
You can adjust a single order in ShipDock Orders first:
Change the courier, service or pickup point
Override the address, contact, weight, COD value, insurance or age check with Edit order (pencil icon). The changes apply only to the shipment, not to the Shopify order.
Change the box or weight with the box icon.
Packing slips (beta) can be printed on their own or together with the labels with a Labels + packing slips format
A handover sheet lists the parcels of the selected orders with signature lines for you and the driver
Click the trash icon next to the tracking number and confirm Delete this parcel. Only some couriers also cancel the shipment on their side. For the others, cancel it in the courier's portal.
When a label fails, the order is listed in the banner Review these orders and the Parcels column shows a red icon. Click Show to read the reason, fix it and create the label again.
Common causes:
The customer did not select a pickup point: click Send reminder to email the customer, or set the point yourself in the Shipping column.
The shipping rate is not assigned to a courier: map the rate on the courier's tab (How to set up shipping rates), or change the courier on the order.
Missing phone, email, street or house number: fix it with Edit order.
Weight is 0 or too high: add product weights in Shopify, check the fallback weight in Settings → General, or set the weight on the order.
Create labels is greyed out: nothing is selected, or the selection contains parcels that already have labels. Those can only be printed.
The customer got no tracking email: the order was not fulfilled. Fulfill it, or use Create labels & Fulfill.
