[Manual Mapping] Map Shopify Shipping Rates to Carriers and Pickup Points

This guide applies only to manual mapping of shipping rates. If you're using CCS Dynamic Shipping rates integration, these steps are not required.

By mapping rates, you ensure that:

• The correct carrier is used when creating shipments

• Pickup point widgets display only for the relevant shipping methods

• Home delivery and pickup point options are automatically matched to the right provider

Mapping is essential for automated label generation and correct service selection at checkout or the Thankyou page.

Before you start: Shipping rates must already be created in your Shopify Shipping settings.

How to map the created shipping rates in providers

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Our app > Providers

2. Create a new provider or select an existing one

3. Go to the Pickup Points section:

   1. Click on Select pickup points

   2. From the dialog window, select the shipping rates for which you want the pickup point dialog to appear.

   3. Confirm by clicking the Select button

   4. The section will now display the selected rates.

      

4. Go to Home delivery section

   1. Click on Add delivery

   2. From the dialog window, select the shipping rate you want to assign a carrier to, then click Select.

      

   3. Choose the carrier you want to use for this shipping rate

      

   4. If you want to assign more carriers, repeat step 4.

5. Done! Your shipping rates are now mapped to the correct carriers and pickup points.
